Having one class on Tuesdays is awesome

I just got back from Holocaust History class.  It was very interesting to learn why German women and working class men went along with National Socialism before the war began.  I’ve got some free time now, useful to catch up on reading.  Today is a great Autumn day, the sun is shining and the leaves are falling.  Last night my residence hall’s soccer team was eliminated from the playoffs in a tight 4-3 game.  Here are a couple pictures from the game.  Go Sanford Spartans!

Also, tickets  for Clark’s Fall concert (Hip-Hop LiveTour w/ Talib Kweli, David Banner and B.o.B with the Rhythm Roots Allstars)went onsale yesterday at 5pm.  The show is Thursday, October 23 in Atwood Hall.  I walked past the University Center and saw a long line stretching out the door.  I’m not sure if tickets sold out yet, but lots of friends were pumped to have bought them.

Tonight I’m planning on watching the Presidential debate.  It’s always eye opening to watch with people from different backgrounds and see how they react to statements.  A lot of my international friends have been more interested in the campaigns than my friends who can vote in November.  Either way, if you haven’t registered to vote yet and are eligible: DO IT!
